Recovery Funding at Home

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), which became law on February 17, 2009, is a measure enacted to reenergize our economy and transform it for long-term growth and stability. The law invests in areas of great importance to our country: energy independence, health care, education and infrastructure.
